"One inch per ten minutes at two feet."

All cel bodies move across the sky at that rate according to Section 6.2 and also earlier in Section 5.19.

We do know that all cel bodies move along great circles in the sky at the rate of 15° per hour, but how does that lead to the above statment?

Draw some pictures and make some notes to be sure you understand the point at hand here.

The book also says some where in this section that an average arm length is 2 feet. Is that right? What is the critical length that really matters in this regard?
