Hi there,
There are MANY online course options that can significantly improve the experience of this course and simplify access to materials.

Here are just a few options:

Hope you'll consider making some adjustments to improve the customer experience. Thanks!

Thanks for your note.

Yes, our interface is not as slick as newer online courses. There is another one we heard of called moodle, which i think is a popular open source product.

We predate all of these by many years, having been doing online training for 15 years. Though not pretty, we have all of the important functionality for teaching, and actually more, than these new interfaces.

What we do have is experience in working with students interactively online, and we rely on what we teach (ie our content and its presentation) as being the most important part of our product... and how we support the students with their individual requests.

I hope we can, with our service and content lead to a customer experience that will out weigh the setting of its distribution.

As i believe you are signed up for the course, we will move this note into the student discussion forum to carry on there, and if you do run across anything you need to clarify or enhance the experience, please let us know.

Procedures for our courses is described at http://www.starpath.com/courses/general_instructions.htm

and to follow up, we will have a look at a couple of these on your list that i have not heard of, to see if there is a chance of any transition. I doubt they can match our integrated quiz system, but it is worth having a look.

thanks again
