If the various documents show OK, but the search engine does not work (or only searches the current document or page), then you need to install the version of Acrobat Reader that we provide on the CD -- or download the latest version from Adobe. The standard version online now includes the search engine-at least is the one called "full version." The direct link is http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. The full text multi-document search capability is an important feature of the Starpath version of Bowditch, so it is worth the time to get this set up properly.
We provided a proper copy of the Reader on the CD, but earlier releases of Bowditch Plus! might have the enhanced version 4.05. If so, this will have to be updated to 5.0 or newer, to read the latest version of Bowditch Plus!.
Note if your version of Bowditch Plus came on one CD only, then you do not have the latest version. The upgrade to version 3 is $29.
