there is a sentence here with typos and poor punctuation.
it reads:
LHA of Aries at 12:00 = 61.4°, so 12:00 GMT is at 112° on the white disk rim scale. Each 15° from there corresponds to 1 hour away from noon: 12:00 46.4° is 11:00 GMT 76.4° is 13:00 GMT, and so forth. ---------------------- First, the LHA Aries is not 61.4 as you note, but rather closer to 61.9. then there is another typo. the 112° should be this same 61.4, and then the punctuation is terrible for the last part of the sentence.
using 61.4 it should read:
LHA of Aries at 12:00 = 61.4° , so 12:00 GMT is at 61.4° on the white disk rim scale. Each 15° from there corresponds to 1 hour away from 12:00. Namely, 46.4° is 11:00 GMT; 76.4° is 13:00 GMT; and so forth.
or to make it better change all the .4s to .9s. (ie 112° 01.5' - 50° 10' = 61° 51.5' = 61.9°)
thanks to ash13brook for pointing this out.
