If the product has been registered we can look up the serial number. Just send us an e-mail ([email protected]) with the product name, approximate date of purchase, and the name it was registered under. We will look up the serial number and e-mail it back to you.

If the software product was not registered, chances are it is too old to qualify for a free WebCard, since most of our products have required registration for activation for several years. In this case, an upgrade to the latest version will get you a qualifying serial number, or you can purchase a WebCard directly.

Alternatively, if you have been considering any other Starpath product, then that product might be one that includes a WebCard. If there are any doubts at all about qualification, past or present, send us an e-mail with what you own, where and when you bought it or what you wish to purchase, and we will explain the options.
