The Online Resources are accessible to anyone with a webcard, as are the Public discussion groups we maintain on several areas of navigation and weather.

If you choose to expand your online training and take part in a structured online course with specific lesson assignments, new content, private discussion groups, and graded quizzes for each lesson, along with interaction with fellow students and the instructors, then you can enroll in an Online Course.

Note, though, that even without enrolling in an Online Course, all WebCard holders have access to an instructor to ask questions about any topic in marine navigation or weather. Just login and post the question in the appropriate Public Discussion Group.
