If you have any troubles finding or registering your webcard serial numbers, then you can send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 1-206-783-1414.
If you do not get an email from us after purchasing a product that includes a webcard serial number then there is a chance it is stuck in your spam or junk mail filter.
Remember when renewing a webcard to use the same username and password of your previous webcard. That will allow access to your past course records. It also insures that the renewal extends the active date rather than start new if you are renewing before the older one expires.
Even if you have been away from the courses and resources for some years, it is beneficial to use your original records. If any information is needed, just contact us. The latest updates to the courses and materials will still be available to you.
