Typos in Rendezvous Exercise 4.3-2 answer
In the section on mathematical solutions, the answer to exercise 4.3-2, should begin with these lines: beta = 280-143 = 137°, v = 15, u = 20, sin (gamma) = [15 / 20] x sin ( 137 ) = 0.512, or gamma = 30.8° and course = 143 + 30.8 = 173.8 True.
PLEASE NOTE... the "mathematical solutions" section of the program is an advanced, optional section. The main body of the tutorial does not use mathematical formulations at all, but is a plain-language treatment of collision avoidance using basic plotting techniques.
