In Piloting Problem 2 of the tutorial, there is a suggestion that you work the problem first on high tide and then when that is mastered, switch and do it on low tide as that will be harder.
well, for now that will be impossible. There is a glitch in that data on low tide, which makes you run aground too soon. So please just skip that and work the problem on high tide. We will be fixing this at first opportunity and offer new data that can be added to your program.

To fix this problem download the corrected chart and copy it into C:\Program Files\Starpath\Radar Trainer 3.
You may have to delete or rename the old one if it will not let you write over it.
This will replace the old chart data with one that lets you solve the problem on low tide.
You are replacing a file called porttownsend.rtg with one that has the same name.
Thanks to Jim Clemens for finding and reporting this problem.
