Topic: Using XP, get Runtime error 6 after install

Symptom: installed with antivirus off, registration went fine, then get runtime error 6 on start up... which probably means the program did not get installed properly.
Solution: Try downloading the program from Starpath download sections and execute that file for the install. This has worked on one case that had this problem.
Usually, however, installing with antivirus off works for this symptom on XP.
