If during the install process you get the message "Invalid serial number" or any message including that phrase, please contact starpath and tell us the serial number you have that is generating that message.
You can send this to [email protected] -- an email address that requires a onetime only confirmation of your address (press reply then send when it bounces back to you)
Please include where and when you purchased the product as well. thank you.
You can also call us at 800-955-8328. We apologize for this inconvenience, we have discovered a mathematical quirk in the install program that afftected about 30 serial numbers. We offer a small token of our appreciation of your patience, when we correct this.
