Error in Nav Problem 2D

In the scenario "Navigation Problem 2," target D is in the wrong place, so the answer to that part of the problem is not correct. We will correct this and add to the next update (after 11/26/02).

If you do a fix with the nearby buoy instead of the light you get these results, which you can work through for practice.

The course of D is 140T. The buoy is at a bearing of 326R/106T and a range of 0.2nm. This results in a location of 1.38nm at a bearing of 034T from the center of the compass rose on the chartlet.

Thanks to jclemens1 for providing this solution.
