Certification test An online test in celestial navigation is available to cel nav students who wish to document their training. The test requires a 70% correct score for the certification (the same level of completion required by the US Sailing Association and similar certification agencies). At successful completion Starpath provides certification stickers that can be placed in any training log book. We offer US Sailing and International Sailing Association log books in the book section of our online catalog.
