Questions about the operation of the software and courses

If you have a question about the functioning of the program that is not answered in the Instructions presented here in the program, then please have a look at our online Tech Support section at

www.starpath.com/support.

There are three Tech Support sections that might help: Weather Trainer, ebooks, and the Online Weather Course.

If you still do not find your answer, then please send an email with your question to

We monitor email throughout the day on weekdays, and generally answer within the day. If you do not hear from us in two business days, then please give us a call at

Questions about the content of courses and software

Our tech support help is devoted to the technical operation of the courses and software. If the software and course functions are all working for you, but you have questions on the actual content of any course—about the science of navigation and meteorology, or about a specific practice exercise—then please post these content questions in the Starpath online discussion groups.

If you are registered in the online weather course, then please use the Student Discussion Forum. You must be logged in before you can access that forum.

If you are not registered in the online course, then you can still post your question in the related public discussion group. These groups are located at www.starpath.com/discussion. Access to the public discussion group is open to anyone with an active Starpath username and password for our website—what we call a "webcard." Learn more about webcards at www.stapath.com/webcards.
