ranges fix

A fix made by the intersection of two or more circles of position (COP). We get the COP from measuring the distance to charted landmarks using either radar (VRM) or distance by vertical angle using a sextant.

On an ECS we plot the fix by dropping marks on the two targets and then assigning range rings ("circles" in qtVlm) to each of them with a length equal to the measured distances. The intersection of these two circles is our fix.
