EC has produced two excellent books on marine weather (maybe more, these are the ones we know of): Marine weather hazards of the BC coast and Marine weather of the Great Lakes. See the Source book under book titles.

There are many specific references to Canadian services in the Source Book. There is a particularly valuble set of publications called Marine Weather Services, which are analogous to the US Marine weather services chart. Also in the Source Book the Canadian radio services are discussed.
