cloud types

By this we mean the ten basic cloud genera that all mariners should be able to identify and know the basic meaning of each. They are each listed in the glossary separately. They include the high clouds cirrus, cirrocumulus, cirrostratus, and the medium high clouds altocumulus, altostratus, and the low clouds nimbostratus, stratocumulus, stratus, cumulus, and the one cloud type that can span all elevations when it gets very large cumulonimbus.
