A historical note:

When the Foundation had an active membership that were donating an annual membership fee, the Foundation could arrange for discounts from several participating governement agencies and private companies. Since then, NOAA has changed their products resale program; discounts are no longer available to us, and at present we have no sponsorship, so our discount program had to be discontinued.

We will keep an eye on interest in this matter and re-address it as the need might arise.

Our goal is to continue to solicit, review, and publish articles on celestial navigation, and to make these freely available to the public. We will continue to do this with volunteer support as long as we can.
